Thought I would post pictures of what 31st and Constitution looks like now.
The city cleared out all the trashy houses on the street to make way for something to do with tracks. I don't know what they will do, but I already think it looks better, don't you?

Whoa! That's crazy. Are they putting trax down 3100 South? That will probably be annoying for the people that live on 3100, but super convenient for you if they have a stop close by. I would love it!
I'm surprised they left that duplex across from Mockorange. I always thought it was really stupid of them to build that duplex when they were going to get torn down. Well, I guess they are the ones laughing now.
